Offer Accepted

After years of Vanessa and I looking for a 2nd home in Florida, we have finally decided on the City Palms in West Palm Beach, Florida unit 203.   After a couple weeks of negotiations the offer has been accepted.

Over the past 5 years, we have checked out tons of properties, but in the end this was our favorite.  Although I am not a big fan of condos, it makes sense with us being in Massachusetts.   Since this is a brand new building, there should not be alot of assessments over the next ten years.  Most importantly the developer, Carlyle Group , has deep pockets.

Favorite part about this place is that it is a cab ride from the airport and sits right on City Place--West Palm version of Faneuil Hall.
